All International orders will be shipped out from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah via DHL Express and domestic orders will be shipped out from our local courier service Post Laju Express / J&T Express.

In cases where earrings are damaged in transit or upon arrival, please send pictures immediately to email@example.com and we will consider options for replacements or repair. All items are final sale - we do not offer any refunds after a purchase has been placed for hygienic purposes.
