Shipping and Handling 

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all delivery logistics will likely be impacted and shipment duration may take longer than expected. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences upon your orders.

All shipments will be processed once every THURSDAY of the week. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has made together with a tracking number of your order once it has been shipped out. If you have any enquiries in regards to your order, kindly e-mail us at  


All International orders & Express Domestic orders will be shipped out from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah via DHL Express and standard domestic orders will be shipped out from our local courier service J&T Express. 

Shipping rates will vary depending on weight of product and shipping distance.

Important Notes : All International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties. Recipients are responsible for any charges of taxes or duties that may be incurred by your local customs.

In cases where earrings are damaged in transit or upon arrival, please send pictures immediately to and we will consider options for replacements or repair. All items are final sale - we do not offer any refunds after a purchase has been placed for hygienic purposes. 



All pieces are handmade and therefore must be handled with care. If your earrings require repair due to wear, we offer Free Repair Service for any purchase. Please contact to arrange for item shipment and repair details.
